Hidden Beaches of Nosara is located on the Pacific coast of the Guanacaste Peninsula immediately north of Nosara and the Nosara river delta. This area is locally referred to as Bocas de Nosara.
This upscale development parcel is adjacent to Playa Nosara on its west, has the Nosara River to the south and the Montana River divides the two coastal farms of 81.7 hectares and 48.5 hectares and is the northern border of a 16.1 hectare farm. This 16.1 hectare farm has elevations ranging from 35 to 55 meters that provide for spectacular ocean views and sunsets.
These contiguous properties front on Playa Nosara, Estero Escondido and the Ostional Wildlife Refuge the entire length of the property. This development has nearly a mile of direct access to Playa Nosara, a 2 mile long secluded beach. The beach is accessed via a system of three MINAET approved boardwalks that meander through pristine mangrove forests. In January of 2011, Hidden Beaches of Nosara received approval from SETENA for its ecologically based land plan. Approvals from CFIA, INS, INVU and the Municipalities are in process.
