More than seven acres have been designated as three independent community centers within each of the three fincas (farms) that encompass the development.
The South Clubhouse area is set amidst 4 acres within the coastal property which is located south of the Montaña. This clubhouse will be adjacent to the middle of three planned boardwalks which runs across the Estero Escondido and to the beach.
The North Clubhouse area consists of over 1.5 acres adjacent to the 200 meter set back and is connected to both the beach and the South Clubhouse by boardwalks and foot paths.
The Bella Vista Clubhouse will be nestled within 43 acres of hills, and established exclusively for the residents of this area near one of the highest points of the property. The Clubhouse will not only provide world class amenities, but will be one of the best places to take in the scenery and panoramic views.
